Bite Size Bakery makes tiny little bite-sized cookies. They are truely small enough to pop into your mouth and consume in just one bite. And who doesn't love reading a nutrition label that says Serving Size: 13 cookies!
Baked just outside of Albuquerque they come in a variety of Southwestern as well as Heartland flavors which include Chocolaty Chocolate, Old Fashioned Gingersnap, Cordoba Coffee and Pinion Nut Chocolate Chip. I ordered a package each of Chocolaty Chocolate, Fiesta Wedding, and Lemon Verde Pistachio. Unfortunately, the chocolate cookies were on back order, so I haven't received them yet. The lemon have a nice crunch and a subtle lemon flavor that blends well with the pistachio. The wedding cookies are very much like the traditional Mexican Wedding cookie. They come rolled in powdered sugar and have the same rich shortbread texture. Not quite as good as homemade, but if you know someone who doesn't like to bake these would make a great gift.
