Stacey's Chocolate Cream Pie
So easy to make!
1 pre-baked 9-inch pie shell
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
Milk
1 pint heavy cream
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Grated chocolate or chopped nuts for garnish
Make pudding according to directions on package for pie filling using whole milk. Pour pudding into cooled, pre-baked pie crust. In medium bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. Beat in sugar and vanilla. Spread cream over pudding in crust. Garnish top with grated semi-sweet chocolate or chopped nuts if desired.
