Sour Cream Raisin Pie
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cups raisins
Mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Set aside. In medium bowl mix egg and sour cream. Add dry ingredients to sour cream mixture blending well. Stir in raisins. Turn into pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 20-25 minutes longer or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly on a rack. Serve warm.
