Peach Pie
Pastry for 9-inch two-crust pie
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 cups sliced fresh peaches, peeled
2 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare your favorite pie pastry. Mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon in large bowl. Stir in peaches. Turn into pastry-lined pie plate. Dot with butterand cover with top crust. Cut slits for steam.
Bake 45-55 minutes or until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble. Cover with foil if crust is browning too quickly.
