Coconut Pie
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup light corn syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla
¼ teaspoon almond extract
1 cup flaked coconut
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Blend butter, sugar and salt together in large bowl. Add eggs, corn syrup, vanilla and almond extract, mix well. Sprinkle coconut over bottom of unbaked pie shell. Pour filling over coconut. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes. Cool completely. Serve with whipped cream.
