Cherry Sour Cream Pie
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 cup dried cherries
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Beat the eggs first, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and bake an additional 35-40 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
