Peach Cobbler
4-6 cups sliced peaches
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted
Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon over sliced peaches; toss to mix. Place in shallow , greased casserole dish.
Mix flour, 3/4 cup sugar, salt, baking powder and egg to a crumb-like texture. Sprinkle over peaches. Melt butter and drizzle over crumb topping. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until top turns slightly brown and crusty. Serve warm with ice cream.
