1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
1-2 Tablespoons water

Mix together butter, flour and water until it is like pie dough, then pat out onto large, round cookie sheet or pizza pan.

Filling:
3/4 cup brown sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Sprinkle the crust with the brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts.

Puff Topping:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
1 cup water
3 eggs
2 tsp almond extract

In a pan melt butter, add the flour and water, and mix until it leaves the sides of the pan. Beat in 1 egg at a time and add the almond extract. Spoon over the top of filling and bake at 350 degrees F for 45-55 min.

Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons of melted butter
2 tsp. almond extract
Milk or cream

Mix together the sugar, butter and almond extract, add enough milk or cream to make icing drizzling consistency, drizzle over top when cooled.
