Apple Crisp
8 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon together then combine with apples. Pour into a greased, 9-inch square baking pan.
Topping
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix all ingredients by hand and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400 degrees F. for about 45 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
