Orange Chocolate Chip Scones

1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. In separate bowl combine egg, orange juice concentrate and orange rind; mix well. Add wet ingredients and chocolate chips to dry ingredients.

Shape dough into a ball and place on a lightly floured surface. Pat dough into a circle about 1/2-inch thick. Cut circle into 8 wedges and place on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
