Banana Pecan Muffins

2 large ripe bananas, mashed
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
6 tbsps butter, melted and cooled
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup milk
1 cup chopped pecans


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper or foil liners.

In a large bowl combine bananas, sugar and eggs, mixing well. Stir in butter and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, milk and pecans. Stir enough to combine. Pour into well greased muffin cups and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
