Print this recipe   Lemon Squares 1 cup flour 1/2 cup butter 1/3 cup confectioners sugar 2 eggs 1 tablespoon flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt Grated rind of one lemon 3 tablespoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons milk Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together 1 cup flour, butter and confectioners sugar. Press into ungreased 8-inch square pan, pressing up 1/2 inch on the sides. Bake for 20 minutes Beat remaining ingredients together about 3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Pour over hot crust. Bake 25 minutes longer or until set. Cool and cut into squares.
