Easy Lemon Crisp Cookies
2 cups flour
¾ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 packages instant lemon pudding
3 eggs, beaten
Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together and set aside.. Cream butter with sugar and pudding mix. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Add flour mixture and beat thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cooke sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes 6 dozen.
