Buttermilk Sour Cream Pancakes
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cups flour
Whisk all ingredients together; let rest 5 minutes. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto a hot, lightly buttered griddle or skillet until browned on the bottom. Turn only once to brown other side.
