Pumpkin Waffles

3 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 1/2 cups evarporated milk
3/4 cup butter, melted and cooled

In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt; set aside.

In another bowl beat eggs with brown sugar. Blend in pumpkin and milk. Stir in butter and mix well.

Add pumpkin mixture to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.

Bake in hot waffle iron until golden brown, following manufacturer's directions.
