Pumpkin French Toast
2 eggs
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup light cream
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon sugar
8 bread slices
Place all ingredients except bread slices into a blender and mix just until everything is combined. Pour mixture into a shallow pan. Dip bread slices into pumpkin mixture and fry in buttered skillet until browned on both sides.
Serve with maple syrup or honey.
