Pancakes

2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 cup milk

Combine dry ingredients in one bowl. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Bake on hot, buttered griddle or skillet. Turn once when bubbles appear and bottom of pancake is golden brown. Cook the other side until browned.

Serve with butter and warmed maple syrup or honey.
