Buttermilk Pancakes

1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

In large bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt. In another bowl, stir together buttermilk, eggs, and oil. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing with a whisk to form a smooth batter. Ladle onto a pre-heated, buttered griddle Turn when golden brown on bottom and bubbles forming on top. Brown other side.

Makes 12-14 pancakes.
