Sourdough Cornbread
1/2 cup sourdough starter
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Mix ingredients in the above order, stirring only enough to blend the mixture. Pour into a buttered 9-inch square pan that has been lightly greased. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
