Honey Wheat Bread

1 pkg. dry yeast
2 1/2 cups water; luke warm
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup molasses
1/3 cup butter
3 cups white flour
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups rye flour

Additional white flour

Dissolve yeast in water in a large bowl. Add salt, honey, molases and butter, 1 1/2 cups of the white flour and all the wheat flour. Beat and add all the rye flour and 1 1/2 cups white flour. Knead in additional white flour as needed to make a soft dough that is not sticky. Continue kneading about 10 minutes. Place dough in greased bowl. Cover. Let rise 1 1/2 hours. Punch dough down. Put in 2 greased loaf pans. Let rise until double and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from pans and cool on racks.
