Rhubarb Custard Pie

1 unbaked, 9-inch pie crust pastry
2 cups rhubarb, thinly sliced
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place rhubarb in pie shell. Pour sugar over rhubarb. Beat eggs with milk and pour over rhubarb. Bake at 400 degrees F. for about 45 minutes or until center of filling is set. Cool before slicing.
