Blueberry Buckle
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup blueberries
Topping
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cream the sugar and the butter in a mixer. Add the egg and mix well. Combine the dry ingredients and add them to the sugar mixture, alternating with the milk. Fold in the blueberries and pour the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine all of the topping ingredients, mixing well. Sprinkle over the batter and bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
