Ducth Cinnamon Waffle Cookies

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
Flour

Cream the butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs 1 at a time. Beat in cinnamon. Work in enough flour to make a soft dough.

From the dough into small balls. Place several balls in a hot waffle iron, spacing them evenly so they will not touch when spread out. Close the cover and bake until golden brown.
